Sunheart offers return for exchange only: notification by email within three days of receipt of goods.

Store policy is authorized return for exchange only. All returns/exchanges are handled via email

Please do Not call the Order Desk for return issues- no messages will be taken. It is an Order Desk Only. Clothing that has been Discounted and Orders receiving our Free Ship Refund Special are Final Sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, no exceptions. If an item that received Free Ship or was discounted is given permission for an exchange, the store credit will be less the "Discount" and/or Free Ship Refund" refunded to original invoice, and a standard 15% restock fee.


Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. * See full return conditions below.

Discounted or clearance Sale Items:No returns or exchanges, no exceptions. No returns on scarves, belts or jewelry products. No returns on exchanged item. What can be returned for store credit: If the measurements on the garment received are significantly different from item listed, or the item is flawed, it can be returned for store credit.

Sizing: Make shopping online for clothing a breeze! To ensure a good fit- you MUST know your measurements and check against listing.
There is a SIZE link on every page, so you can measure yourself and compare with listing.

View How to Measure for Perfect fit link. We recommend putting your bust, waist & hip measurements on a Post-It Note and stick it on the front of your computer; and you will know at a glance if an item will fit you.
So please take the time to know your measurements & compare with listing. If your on the outside edge of size, please order the plus size that is available or choose another style that fits comfortably.

Email for RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) within 3 days of receipt of merchandise or return is void.


1. Receive RA# and send unworn item back.

2. Purchase online www.sunheartbohoclothing.com to full amount (or more) of InStock Merchandise. We ship out exchange item.

3. When return item is received & processed you will receive a refund on return item/s less standard 15% restock fee .


All Returns may be used for exchange on in-stock items only. Buyer Pays for return shipping & insurance. All exchanges are final. Items must be returned within 7 business days from receipt of goods, or return is considered null & void. Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you ship your return for us to process your return and issue a refund. We cannot refund shipping & handling charges or return postage. All returns/exchanges must have an RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER issued. All RA#'s are given from SunHeart via email;
returns-exchanges@sunheartclothing.com. Any returns without an RA# will be refused.

Return-Exchanges are for IN-STOCK & Ready to Ship items only no and do Not qualify for any Sale or Promotion that may be going on.

1. Contact us via email; returns-exchanges@sunheartclothing.com to receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#) and to select the item(s) you would like in exchange online. Be sure to include the following with your email

• Your full name
• The Date of purchase & PayPal Transaction ID order number
• The item description(s) and reasons why you wish to return for exchange
• The item number(s) and description(s) of what you would like in exchange and purchase them now.


2. When issued a RA# - please buy items you want for exchange off www.sunheartbohoclothing.com site for the full amount of merchandise credit- or above.

3. When we receive the returned item(s), we'll issue you a refund for original item/purchase price less ship/insurance.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
• All Discounted & Clearance items purchased on SunHeartBohoClothing.com are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
• Merchandise may not be returned if worn or washed, smells of smoke-perfume, animal hair.
• Returns/exchanges must be initiated via email within 3 days receipt of goods.
• Allow 1-2 weeks for processing returns/exchanges.
• SunHeart Clothing is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
• All returns/exchanges must have an RA# issued. Any returns without an RA# will be refused.

All returned items must be in their original condition, folded neatly with all hang tags, ribbon and labels attached. You may be charged a pressing fee if the item returned is wrinkled beyond normal packing and shipping standards in addition to the restocking fee. The returned garment(s) must be unworn - free of perfume, pet hair, smoke, make-up, etc. You may be charged a $25-$40 (single item) dry-cleaning fee and 25% restock fee which will be subtracted from your credit. Any items returned in any condition other than their original sent condition will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange and will be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse service.
